Mark S. Lazar, Vice President for Global Scholarship and Learning Programs at the Institute of International Education, supervises the scholarship and training programs that the Institute administers on behalf of corporations, foundations, individuals, international organizations, and U.S. government agencies; and oversees IIE's global EducationUSA services. He is also Director of IIE's Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
