John W. Low

Denver, Colorado

John W. Low is an attorney with the firm of Sherman & Howard L.L.C., Denver, Colorado, where he has practiced law for more than 50 years. He is currently Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees of the University of Denver, President of the Colorado Symphony Foundation and Chair of First Plymouth Foundation. He is a director emeritus and former Chair of the Public Education and Business Coalition and director and former Chair of the Mesa Verde Foundation. He has served as Chair of the Denver Symphony Association and Vice Chair of the Colorado Symphony Association, Chair of the executive committee of the board of directors of a Denver bank and a member of the Metro Denver Economic Development Corporation.

Mr. Low received his B.A. from Nebraska Wesleyan University and his J.D. from the University of Denver. He is Chair of the advisory board of the Denver Regional Office of the Institute of International Education and a director of the Institute of International Education.
