In order to enable fellowship recipients to employ their leadership ability and skills to obtain leadership-track positions in their home countries in key business, non-governmental, non-profit and higher education sectors, the Institute of International Education has launched the Global Careers Service.  The service is available to American and foreign fellows of select programs administered by IIE. Participation is voluntary.
