IIE helps leading multinational firms and corporate foundations to design award programs for outstanding domestic and international students.

We design these programs to identify and develop future leaders in the context of the objectives of the sponsoring company, such as encouraging the world's youth to pursue careers in international business or in information technology. IIE conducts competitions to identify the most accomplished students in selected countries around the globe.

Each company may recommend its own specific parameters, such as student selection criteria, the institutions and countries to target, and how many winners to identify in each country. In addition to publicly recognizing their outstanding achievements and abilities, these programs present each winner with an award. Awards range from cash to a combination of cash and the opportunity to participate in specially organized events, such as seminars, study tours, internships, and other activities that provide interaction with corporate leadership.
