Participants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations, which can be made through the hotel’s special website for this conference at the link below. If you cannot book online, reservations can also be made by dialing (+52) 55- 5327-7700. By reserving your room through our housing block, you are assisting EducationUSA with reducing housing penalties.
When booking online, please take note of the following:
- If you are a Priority Club account holder, enter your login information and then follow the instructions to check for room availability and make your reservation. If you do not have a Priority Club account, just use the “Check Availability” function on the bottom left side of the reservations webpage to select your room and make your reservation.
- After selecting your room, you will be asked to enter your contact information and a credit card number to hold your reservation. Below that you will see a box entitled “Room and Rate Information.” Please know that the service charge of US$17.95 per night has actually been reduced to US$5.00 per night. This is an optional fee that will give you daily access to internet and local phone calls. Due to hotel policy issues, they were not able to put the reduced cost for this service onto the reservations webpage. Please be sure to verify this charge with the hotel at your time of check-in.
