The International Teachers Program is designed to sponsor qualified international teachers to teach in the United States on a J-1 Visa (teacher category) in accredited primary or secondary schools on a temporary basis.  Teachers are employed full-time directly by the host school or school district for a maximum of three years.  Upon completion of the program, teachers return to their home country to fulfill the exchange.  The International Teachers Program works with various program partners such as NAIS, The College Board, and various schools and school districts throughout the United States.
