• Prospective Exchange Visitor: Exchange Visitor Application 
• Host Organization (Academic organizations, NGO, Business):  Request for Sponsorship - Short Term Scholars, Professors, Research Scholars, Specialist
• Prospective Trainee Programs: Request for Sponsorship application and Training/Internship Placement Plan (Form DS 7002) should be submitted together. Request for Sponsorship - Trainee - Training Internship Placement Plan DS-7002 (Programs must not duplicate the participants' prior work experience or training received elsewhere)
• Student, Post-Secondary (College and University): Request for Sponsorship - Student
  Regulations governing this Exchange Category requires that students must be supported substantially by funding from an identified source other than personal or family funds.

Remember to submit the Request of Sponsorship Application along with the Exchange Visitors Application and supporting documents.
