IIE is the European representative for the Educational Testing Service's Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). In this capacity, IIE represents TOEFL at workshops, conferences and universities, where it informs English language professionals, educational advisors and students about developments in standardized testing.

IIE administers ETS's Institutional Testing Program (ITP). The ITP uses retired forms of the TOEFL test, thus giving universities, English language institutions and other organizations the opportunity to administer TOEFL tests on-site using their own facilities and staff. The ITP provides institutions with a flexible, cost-efficient method of conducting English language testing for a variety of purposes. Students who wish to use their scores at other institutions, however, must take an official TOEFL exam.

As a special service to test takers, IIE offers official ETS test preparation materials for exams that are required for study in the U.S. Please contact our office for more information about availability and pricing. Materials are available for the following exams:
