TOEFL Testing
As the designated representative of the Educational Testing Service (ETS) in Vietnam, IIE administers the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) seven times per year in Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City. The first official TOEFL was held in Hanoi on May 14, 1994, under IIE supervision.

Other Standardized Tests
In addition to TOEFL, IIE arranges for the administration of other standardized tests required by U.S. institutions in their review of foreign applicants.
