Your Development Is Our Priority

We focus on developing our leadership team and identifying high potential new staff as early as possible. We ensure that our training and development programs are effective and strategically aligned. Human Resources provides professional and leadership development programming, organizational effectiveness consulting, and other services that:

  • Provide New Employee Orientation and Onboarding—tools to accelerate a new employee's transition to his or her new position at IIE.
  • Help employees develop the knowledge and skills needed to succeed at IIE.
  • Enhance the capabilities of our leadership at all levels.
  • Assist staff and managers in optimizing their effectiveness and successfully implementing change.
  • Offering outside programs as well as in-house opportunities through IIE’s own Leadership Academy for professional and leadership development—assessments, workshops, and coaching.
  • Performance Management—tools and training for productive dialogue about work expectations.
  • Discussions for building productivity, employee engagement, and advice and coaching for managers, supervisors and staff on performance and other on-the-job problems.
