Competitive Salaries

We provide competitive pay and benefits. Your pay will be based upon merit and will be strongly influenced by the results you deliver, as well as IIE's overall performance for the year. Cash compensation opportunities (including base pay, variable pay, and spot awards) are provided to attract, retain and motivate high performing employees.

Career Development

As an organization devoted to "opening minds to the world™" we encourage our employees to take full advantage of the educational opportunities IIE provides. Some of these include a variety of internal courses offered to employees periodically, including financial training and leadership development.

Tuition Refund

IIE will reimburse an employee's tuition and other eligible fees up to $3,000 per academic year for accredited education programs outside of regular working hours. We require three things: that the curriculum meets IIE's business needs, that it's approved by the employee's manager and Human Resources, and that the employee satisfactorily completes the pre-approved courses.

Time Off

Employees accrue vacation, personal and sick time off on a semimonthly basis, depending upon job level.

In addition to your vacation and personal time off, you'll also find we offer flexible work schedules. You can vary your daily arrival time within limits established by your supervisor.
