Mr. WEI Jianguo is the Secretary-General of CCIEE and member of the central party committee's discipline inspection panel. He has served as a senior leader in many government departments and taken part in policy making and research regarding energy-saving, sustainable development, climate change and other fields. Mr. Wei has rich managerial experience in sustainable economies. From June 2001 to March 2003, he was the Vice Minister of Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation.


Prof. WANG Ming is a Ph.D supervisor of SPPM, Tsinghua University. He also serves as the director of NGO Research Center, Tsinghua University and director of CDM R&D Center. Prof. Wang currently is a member of the National Committee of CPPCC. Prof. Wang's research areas include: international development, civil society and governance, climate change and environmental governance. He has published more than 10 books and 60 articles, and lead more than 30 research projects.

Prof. QI Ye is a Ph.D supervisor of SPPM, Tsinghua University. He also serves as the Director of the Tsinghua University Climate Policy Institute and as Director of Chinese Society of Sustainable Development. He also is the member of editorial board of the Chinese Journal of Population, Resources and Environment. Prof. Qi's research area involves policy research on global climate change and sustainable development. Prof. Qi earned his Ph.D in SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry (SUNY-ESF) in 1994. He was an Associate Professor in the Department of Environmental Science, Policy, and Management at the University of California, Berkeley CA from 1996 to 2003.

Mr. ZENG Shaojun earned his Ph.D in Economics. He serves as the Senior Researcher of CCIEE, Executive Director of CDM R&D Center of Tsinghua University, Panel Expert of Project Evaluation at the CDM Approval Council of NDRC, and Secretary-General of the Chamber of Commerce for New Energy at the National Association of Industry and Commerce. He also is the chief representative of China's industrial and commercial circles in international climate negotiations. His research areas include national strategies and public policies for addressing climate change. He was the chief editor and participant of six monographs, and has published more than thirty articles in Chinese and international journals, including one international authoritative SCI article, 13 articles in national core periodical, three articles in international academic journals and five domestic and international conference proceedings. In addition, he led two international cooperative projects and one domestic project, and has participated in three other projects. Dr. Zeng attended the Copenhagen Climate Conference in 2009 as the chief representative of China's industrial and commercial circles. His monograph named Carbon Emissions Reduction: China Experiences "A Survey Based on CDM" analyzes China's experience in carbon emissions reduction comprehensively. It is a summary of Dr. Zeng's personal experience of consulting and managing projects relating to CDM and climate change and his research on relevant policies. Some of Dr. Zeng's research findings were submitted to senior governmental officials and have made substantial impact on relevant policies.

Ms. TANG Lin graduated with a M.Sc. in Economics from the ESSEC Business School in France. She is actively engaged in economic research and has organized international conferences, such as the International Cooperative Conference on Green Economy and Climate Change which was held in June 2010. Before joining CCIEE, she worked as Director Assistant at Beijing new-century Academy on Transitional Corporations and Research Center for Transitional Corporations of the Ministry of Commerce.

Mr. ZHANG Huanbo has a Ph.D in Management Science and is an Associated Researcher of CCIEE. He has published a monograph titled "Analysis of China, U.S. and EU Climate Policies" and a number of articles in Chinese and international journals. Moreover, he has led and participated in various national and international research projects. His research areas include low-carbon economics, climate policy, environmental policy, and resource economics.

Ms. YANG Li, Ph.D in Law, is currently a post-doctorate at the NGO Research Center, Tsinghua University. She also is a researcher at the CDM R&D Center, Tsinghua University. Ms. Yang's research areas include climate change and NGOs, law of international organizations and NGO law. She has published one monograph and ten papers, and participated in three projects.

Mr. LV Haibo, MPA, is the office director of CDM R&D Center. Mr. LV's research direction involves public policy for climate change, emissionss reduction and CDM.

Mr. ZHOU Zhiyong graduated with a M.Sc. in Banking and Finance in Emerging Economies from the University of Reading, UK. He participated in a number of energy-related research projects and excels at synthesizing literature reviews and conducting independent data analysis.

Mr. LAN Yuxin, Ph.D candidate of CDM R&D Center, is an exchange student to Harvard University. Mr. Lan's research direction involves climate change policy and civil society participation. He has published five articles and participates in three projects.

Ms. YU Huijin is the research assistant at the CDM R&D Center. She received a Bachelor's Degree in English with TEM-8 certificate. She has been engaged in various international projects.
