Chinese Public Policy: Promoting a Low-Carbon Economy

This project seeks to make public policy recommendations on the development of a low-carbon economy in China and to provide the government with suggestions on how to solve existing problems in economic and social development. Findings may be published in domestic or international journals to raise awareness about the development of low-carbon economies. Research findings may also be delivered to relevant ministries with the hope of impacting China's low-carbon economic policy.

The project aims to provide policy support or recommendation on the following issues:

  • Efficient economic development
  • Intensive resource utilization
  • Green administrative services
  • Sustainable lifestyles
