Elisabeth Luce Moore Leadership Program for Chinese Women (ELM) |
| This fellowship program for women leaders of non-profit organizations (NPO) and community groups in China's mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan, annually brings eight women leaders to the United States for a month-long, fully-subsidized visit with American counterpart leaders. The program’s goals are to promote the exchange of ideas and develop stronger networks among Chinese and Americans working on issues of common concern. To facilitate interaction among participants, each year the program focuses on a particular field, including arts education, environment, social services, and economic development. |
