| The CAPES-Fulbright Program supports educational exchanges at the doctorate level that strengthen understanding and communication between the United States and Brazil. The work of the program is developed and facilitated by CAPES (The Coordination for Improvement of Higher Education Personnel), the Brazilian Ministry of Education, the U.S. Department of State and the Fulbright Commission of Brazil. Selection is carried out in Brazil.
