Barsa Scholarship Program |
| The Barsa Scholarships Program assists students from designated Latin American countries in defraying the costs of U.S. training in certain priority fields. The fund is an activity of the Brazil-based De Sa InterAmerican Foundation, a family foundation established in memory of Dorita Barrett de Sa, which is dedicated to the support of higher education in Latin America. |
