International Student Advisers and similar university officials may request an electronic version of the Freeman-EAS: Hurricane Katrina application by emailing KatrinaEAS@iie.org. Students cannot apply directly and IIE will not send applications directly to students.
Each university may nominate up to ten (10) students total from the eligible countries in East and Southeast Asia. Nominated students may assist in the completion of their application, but applications must be submitted directly to IIE by an International Student Adviser or similar university official.
Applications should be submitted by email to IIE at: KatrinaEAS@iie.org AND faxed to 202-326-7642 to transmit a hard-copy signature. Decisions will be made on a rolling basis as quickly as possible.
