| Undergraduate and graduate students from all countries in East and Southeast Asia enrolled at regionally accredited U.S. institutions who are facing serious financial difficulties due to Hurricane Katrina are eligible to receive up to $2,000 to replace items lost in the hurricane such as books, educational equipment and necessity items or with relocation expenses to a new campus. |
