Grant Activity: Conduct research in any area. Proposals should demonstrate active collaboration with Russian Federation scholars.
Language: Language skills commensurate with project are required.
Location: Applicants are encouraged to arrange affiliation & include letter of invitation.

Starting Date: Research should be conducted between September 2010 and July 2011
