The primary components of the Initiative are the Course for the Cure™ (CFTC), a Community Educator Program, and community grants and related trainings. The CFTC focuses on five thematic areas: Community Assessment, Volunteer and Organization Development, Awareness & Education, Fundraising, and Advocacy.
