Stacey joined IIE’s San Francisco office in January 2013 to manage the Adobe Youth Voices Scholarships program, a global scholarship opportunity fully funded by Adobe for students who are pursuing creative careers. Stacey began working at IIE in 2009 as part of the Fulbright Scholar Program team in the Washington, DC office. She has managed a variety of Fulbright grant opportunities, including the Fulbright Specialist Program, International Educational Administrator seminars, and core program grants for the East Asia and the Pacific region. In 2011, she planned and implemented the inaugural Fulbright International Education Administrators Seminar for higher education administrators from various institutions throughout India, accompanying the group on visits to colleges and universities in D.C., Philadelphia and New York.
Stacey has a M.A. in European Studies from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and a B.A. in English with minors in French and Political Science from Otterbein College. She studied abroad in France and spent one year teaching English in a small French town. Her interest in international education stems from her own experience as an international student and her time spent working with the Office of International Programs at Georgetown University.
