Young Women undergo very practical and experiential training methods that help build their self-awareness and understand their leadership potential.
Students take their first step to practice their leadership skills in the service learning component of the program. They work in teams to design projects they can undertake to improve university life for other young women.
The Institute of International Education in Ethiopia has designed the Ethiopian Women’s Leadership Program (EWLP), with funding from The David and Lucile Packard Foundation. EWLP provides leadership development program and works with university administrators to strengthen educational outcomes of female university students.
