To date, the Ford Foundation International Fellowships Program has helped 4,337 Fellows from 22 countries around the world earn their MA and PhD degrees. Virtually all work for social justice in their home communities before and after the fellowship.

About the program

The Ford Foundation International Fellowships Program provides fellowships for post-graduate study to leaders from marginalized and excluded communities in Africa, the Middle East, Asia, Russia and Latin America.

The Ford Foundation International Fellowships Program has concluded its final selections. IFP celebrates an outstanding decade of providing higher education opportunities for social change leaders worldwide. Program alumni are encouraged to stay connected through the Ford IFP website.
