IELSP Participant Health Benefit Plan
All IELSP Participant awards include the Accident and Sickness Program for Exchanges ("ASPE"), which is paid for by the U.S. Department of State. This health benefit coverage will only be active during the duration of the IELSP grant and cannot be used prior to participant arrival in the United States or after expiration of Form DS-2019. The health benefit plan is only valid in the United States. All participants should keep the white health benefit card with them at all times while in the United States. This card will need to be presented at any doctor's office, hospital or pharmacy.
