Selected scholars to the Iraq Scholars and Leaders Program will receive the following:
- Full tuition to attend a university or college in the U.S.
- Placement assistance into a U.S. university or college
- Visa and academic support
- Housing and living expenses while in the U.S.
- Transportation to the U.S. at the beginning of the program and return to Iraq at the completion of the program
- An extensive pre-academic program in the U.S.
- Medical insurance while in the U.S.
