What inspired you to get involved with this project/organization?   

Our organization has been focused on reducing the gender disparity in society. When we realized that there was limited access to computer training and education for women in Nigeria, we designed a project that would focus on ICT.

What do you hope to learn from the WeTech Network? 

We are hoping to learn about innovative and sustainable ways of getting more women into STEM careers, especially in the IT sub-sector.

What is your big dream for girls and women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)? 

Our dream is to achieve gender parity in STEM fields in Nigeria.

What is the goal of your project?

Our goal is to provide 200 women and girls with ICT-based entrepreneurial skills, after-training enterprises development services and help them build their networks.

Who is the target audience for your project?

We are targeting female teachers, secondary school students and women in rural areas.
