Country Highlight
Mexico is the nearest country to the US in the south. It is ranked 1st in Latin America in terms of coutries sending international students to US colleges and universities, and it has a strong EducationUSA network with 16 offices around the country. With strong initiatives from government of both countries, there are significant programs aiming to increase the number of students attending colleges in the US
The three cities: Mexico City, Monterrey and Guadalajara, are the most important cities of the country, and they have the largest number institutions interested in academic mobility and exchange. The U.S. remains the favorite destination for Mexican students.
