Since 2005, the New Leaders Group – U.S.A. has presented the bi-annual IIE New Leaders Group Award to recognize the outstanding work of a current Fulbrighter who is actively promoting mutual understanding between the U.S. and another country. The individual whose work is judged to have the most impact will receive a $5,000 Award to continue the project. The IIE New Leaders Group will select the winner who will be recognized at a special event hosted by the Group.
IIE New Leaders Group - Emergency Fund
In 2010, the New Leaders Group launched the Scholar Rescue Fund (SRF) - Emergency Fund to provide urgent support to persecuted scholars facing emergency situations around the world.
