IIE envisions a world in which:

Reimagining IIE's Vision: A collaborative effort

In 2012, IIE's senior management team felt strongly that IIE's vision should reflect the voices of staff who carry out IIE's important work every day. They invited 11 representatives from across the Institute to form a Vision Team to lead IIE to a new vision. To ensure everyone at IIE was involved in this process, the Vision Team tasked each division with contributing to IIE’s vision statement. The Vision Team synthesized these inspiring thoughts and ideas to create IIE's new vision.
