Energy Planning and Policy is for mid to senior-level energy managers and planners with five to fifteen years of professional experience. Course is designed to train energy professionals to analyze the energy systems of their nations or institutions, preparing them to solve national and institutional energy planning problems in efficient and cost-effective ways, anticipate future energy needs, and identify and evaluate options for developing and using national resources to meet national and institutional needs. Course also covers demand and supply-side energy planning issues.

Environmental Policy Development and Implementation is for administrators developing or administering environmental programs, legislators seeking to create environmental protection programs, resource economists, national energy planners, public health officials, and others involved with environmental policy development. Course provides participants with the understanding and tools required to design national environmental protection programs, including environmental policy, law and regulatory structures.
