Energy Planning and Policy is for mid to senior-level
energy managers and planners with five to fifteen years
of professional experience. Course is designed to train
energy professionals to analyze the energy systems of their
nations or institutions, preparing them to solve national
and institutional energy planning problems in efficient
and cost-effective ways, anticipate future energy needs,
and identify and evaluate options for developing and using
national resources to meet national and institutional needs.
Course also covers demand and supply-side energy planning
issues.
Environmental Policy Development and Implementation
is for administrators developing or administering environmental
programs, legislators seeking to create environmental protection
programs, resource economists, national energy planners,
public health officials, and others involved with environmental
policy development. Course provides participants with the
understanding and tools required to design national environmental
protection programs, including environmental policy, law
and regulatory structures.
