The Energy Group offers human resource development (HRD) programs designed for managers of involved with training in industrial and government organizations. The program deals with modern concepts of adult learning, manpower planning and management of human resources systems. Our programs require a pre-course assignment which involves a comprehensive needs assessment carried out by the participant on his/her organization. The program assesses the needs assessment and provides detailed feedback as well as state of the art knowledge on systems approach to HRD, strategic planning, marketing, effective use of audio-visual learning systems, computer applications, long-term planning. The program is completed by having the participant design a system to evaluate the program itself.
