The Energy Group develops institutional strengthening programs
following an in-depth training needs assessment of a particular
organization or related organizations depending on the client
request. Training needs assessments look into current management
strategies, relationships between offices and outside organizations,
budgeting and financing mechanisms, human resource development
programs, technical knowledge base and equipment. Using
cross-cutting interview process, surveys, and observation
the TNA reviews current status and proposes a training strategy
to address weaknesses and future goals of the organization.
