Management training is targeted to senior staff of organizations, industry, utility or government offices. Training is often delivered in conjunction with technical training of mid-level staff. Management training includes overviews of technical material presented, necessity for intervention and change, the relationship to external activities nationwide and globally, the advantages and disadvantages of introducing such change, how the organization will benefit most, how to support introductions of new technology or strategies in the most effective and efficient way and how to effectively manage and motivate the people who will be carrying out the plans.
