Technical courses and workshops developed by The Energy Group range in length from 1-2 weeks in country and 4-8 weeks in the United States. The courses provide in-depth training for technical personnel in industry, utility, government and private sector operations. Courses involve expert presentations, problem solving assignments, project assignments (for longer courses), site visits, hands on experience, a variety of multi-media training aids, computer work, group work sessions and presentations, discussion panels, mock audits and role-playing. Presentations and work load are intense and require significant participant involvement.
