The Instituto Tecnologico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey
(ITESM), commonly known as Tec de Monterrey, was founded in
1943 by a group of entrepreneurs headed by Don Eugenio Garza
Sada. The Monterrey Tech university system is spread throughout
Mexico. It consists of 29 campuses throughout Mexico and offers
educational services to 86,000 students. Mexico is a modern country
rich in legacies and cultures; although customs, peoples and
landscape vary from one region to another; the quality of
Monterrey Tech is always the same.

Academic
Calendar The
fall term begins mid-August to early December. The spring term
starts mid-February and runs throughout late May. The Summer term begins the first
week of June with final exams ending the third week of July.
It is possible for US students to study for a single term at
Tec de Monterrey.
