Completed Application Checklist

1. Completed online application including three online reference forms and optional online language proficiency form
2. Official transcripts from all universities and colleges attended
3. Budget worksheet (If necessary) – An additional sheet of paper detailing your online budget
4. Evidence of enrollment in a graduate degree program (provided by a current transcript or documentation from the registrar's office. Applicants who are not enrolled in a graduate degree program when applying for a fellowship must indicate the graduate programs to which they have applied in the online application).
5. Letter of overseas affiliation - This letter is not required at the time of application

The Boren Fellowship application deadline is January 29, 2009. All online components must be completed by that date, and all originals of supplementary materials must arrive at IIE/NSEP.
