Head of Consulting

Kristin has had diverse experience in education. She began at Eduventures, a higher education research and consulting firm, where she was the Director of the Consulting Practice and worked with over 150 education institutions on strategic planning and strategic questions. Her projects included creation of schools within an institution, internationalization strategies and partnerships, and online learning approach.

Following Eduventures, Kristin was recruited by Desire2Learn to help the education technology company launch internationally in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, and the UK. She was Vice President of Enrollment Management, Planning and Strategy at Merrimack College and helped facilitate the turnaround of the college. And at Yale-NUS College, Singapore’s first liberal arts college, she was the Dean of Admissions and Financial Aid and successfully recruited the first three classes with the Admissions and Financial Aid team. Before moving into education, Kristin worked in consulting for PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York, Sydney, and Tokyo.

Kristin graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Russian History and Japanese Language. She obtained her Masters in International Relations from the John Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and her MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
