IIE’s Russia & Eurasia Office administers the Fulbright Program, the Ford Foundation’s International Fellowships Program® (IFP), the New York University Abu Dhabi Global Scholars Program, and a number of corporate programs, including work with Alcoa, PepsiCo, and Exxon-Mobil. Locally, the office works closely with the U.S. Embassy in Moscow, Russian government agencies, Russian educational institutions, and a variety of NGOs and international organizations in support of international education.
