Fall 2013/AY 2013-2014 Timeline
The Fall 2013/AY 2013-2014 application cycle is for programs beginning between July 15 and October 15, 2013. This cycle encompasses fall semester, quarter, academic year programs that are a minimum of four weeks in length.

Online application opens for Fall 2013/AY 2013-2014 study abroad programs. |
March 5, 2013 |
Student Deadline for submission of online application, including transcript(s). Must submit application by 11:59pm Central Daylight Time. |
March 12, 2013 |
Advisor Deadline for submission of online Study Abroad Advisor and Financial Aid Advisor section. |
March/May 2013 |
Complete Applications are processed and distributed to selection panels for review. |

All Applicants are notified of the status of their application via email. Study Abroad and Financial Aid Advisors will be notified of scholarship recipients via email. A list of the recipients will be available on the Gilman website. |
June 2013 |
Scholarship recipients must accept/decline their award and submit required documentation. |

The Spring 2013 application cycle is for study abroad programs beginning between December 15, 2012 and April 15, 2013. This cycle encompasses spring semester, quarter, calendar year, winter inter-session and January term programs that are a minimum of four weeks in length.
