Eligibility

ASWAT is looking for emerging leaders in STEM fields to participate in its inaugural cohort. Qualified applicants will be:

  • Women with at least two years of professional experience in the STEM fields.
  • Professionals with, at minimum, a bachelor’s/four-year university degree or equivalent.
  • A citizen or long-term resident of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Not U.S. citizens or U.S. permanent residents.

Preference will be given to candidates who:

  • Have demonstrated experience in artificial intelligence, biotechnology, healthcare, gaming, robotics, space and other STEM fields.
  • Are rising leaders in their chosen professional field.
  • Are committed to sharing their skills and promoting professional engagement with the United States among Saudi peers and aspiring business/technology professionals.
