Mirka Martel
Dr. Mirka Martel is IIE’s Head of Research, Evaluation & Learning (REL) and a recognized researcher and author on international education issues spanning global academic mobility, international leadership and scholarship, and impact and evaluation.
Julie Baer
Julie Baer is IIE’s Deputy Director of Research, Evaluation & Learning (REL), where she serves as an expert on trends in international academic mobility. She leads the Open Doors report on international educational exchange and manages IIE’s Snapshot Survey series.
Janice D’souza
Janice D’souza is IIE’s Evaluation and Research Lead, overseeing performance and impact evaluations and designing methodologies that focus on measuring individual and societal change, fellowship programming, and the impact of networks.
Nora Nemeth
Nora Nemeth is IIE’s Research Specialist, Global Mobility and Evaluation. She leads the Project Atlas initiative on global mobility patterns and manages international evaluations.
