The Educators to Saudi Arabia Program provides U.S. educators with a closer look at history, culture, education, and science and technology within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
During the study visit, participants will hear from experts in each of the theme areas and visit elementary and secondary schools, areas of cultural and historical significance, and modern industrial facilities.
Teachers are encouraged to establish creative means of sharing this understanding with their students, colleagues, and communities.
With seven successful program cycles and almost 200 alumni from across the United States, the program has greatly enhanced teaching about Saudi Arabia and the Middle East in U.S. schools.
The Educators to Saudi Arabia Program aims to cultivate a greater awareness and understanding of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in U.S. primary and secondary schools and communities. Additionally, the Educators to Saudi Arabia Program seeks to encourage educators to establish creative means of sharing this understanding with their students, colleagues and communities. The Study visit typically includes Dhahran, Riyadh and Jeddah.
The Educators to Saudi Arabia Program is not accepting applications at this time. Our sponsor, alumni, and countless communities across the country recognize the value of this program, and have high hopes it will return in the near future.
