Roadmaps Festival 2017
Roadmaps Festival is an annual artistic, humanitarian and cultural event. Each year the festival brings together artists, humanitarians, and intellects to explore a current crisis through film, music, performances, and discussion. The goal of the Festival is to premiere new works that stir collective consciousness and inspire meaningful action.
This year the event will feature the devastating conflict in Syria, focusing on the refugee crisis and the consequences for its people and culture.
The following festival events, which will include art installations, plays, readings, and film screenings, will be taking place at venues around Manhattan:- Wednesday, November 1st: The Search for Identity: Where is Home When All is Lost?
- Wednesday, November 8th: Crimes Against Humanity: The Case Against Assad
- Sunday, November 12th: A Call to Peace
