The Trustees and officers of IIE mourn the passing of Dr. Richard Debs, who actively served on the Board even after reaching his 80th birthday until his passing on January 28, 2024. Dick was a proud alumnus of the Fulbright Program, as is his wife, Dr. Barbara Knowles Debs. We extend our condolences to Barbara, the family, and the caregivers who made a difference during difficult times.
