Ethiopian Women’s Leadership Program

Under the Ethiopian Women’s Leadership Program, IIE worked with Addis Ababa, Gonder, Jimma and Haramaya Universities to provide a leadership development program and to work with university administrators to strengthen educational outcomes of female university students.
