Application

The 2026-27 Richard A. Horovitz Fund application is now open at https://myapp.iie.org/horovitz. The deadline to apply is Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Daylight Time.

A complete application will include: 

1. A curriculum vitae of no more than two pages; 

2. A copy of your most recent transcript; 

3. Two essays of no more than 500 words each:  

• Study Objectives 

• Future Plans 

4. Financial information 

5. Two letters of recommendation.  You will be asked to provide the names and emails addresses of recommenders, who will be required to submit their letters by the above deadline.
