Application

The 2026-27 Richard A. Horovitz Fund application is now closed. The application for academic year 2027-28 is expected to open in spring 2027.

A complete application will include: 

1. A curriculum vitae of no more than two pages; 

2. A copy of your most recent transcript; 

3. Two essays of no more than 500 words each:  

• Study Objectives 

• Future Plans 

4. Financial information 

5. Two letters of recommendation.  You will be asked to provide the names and emails addresses of recommenders, who will be required to submit their letters by the above deadline.
