Carnegie African Diaspora Fellowship Program
From 2013 through 2025, the Carnegie African Diaspora Fellowship Program (CADFP) provided fellowships for educational projects at African higher education institutions. More than 750 grants were awarded for scholars to travel to Africa since the program’s inception. Now in its final phase, the CADFP’s focus is to strengthen its alumni community and solidify the legacy of the program through the incubation of a new entity to carry on collaboration. CADFP exemplifies CCNY’s enduring commitment to higher education in Africa. IIE manages and administers the program, including applications, project requests, and fellowships.
