Centroamérica Adelante is a prestigious and innovative leadership development program to support high-impact leaders driving change in El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and Nicaragua. The program catalyzes collective impact of Central American Leaders to fuel transformational social change across the nonprofit, public and private sectors in their countries, through its two-fold objectives which are: Building Highly Engaged Networks and Developing Professional Capabilities.
