Implementing Partners

To help achieve the goals of the USAID Lincoln Scholarship Program, IIE works closely with several implementing partners.

Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter School for Peace and Conflict Resolution

The Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter School for Peace and Conflict Resolution at George Mason University is the oldest and largest school for conflict resolution in the world. The Carter School will help equip Lincoln Scholars with the conflict management skills they will need to work towards a more open and tolerant future for Myanmar. The Carter School faculty design and deliver a comprehensive, graduate level conflict analysis and resolution course for scholars. They also work together with Core Skills, LLC to design and deliver a mid-program workshop.

Core Skills, LLC.

Core Skills, LLC provides facilitation and training on a range of subjects around culture, leadership, communications and organizational wellness. For the Lincoln Scholarship Program, Core Skills, LLC will provide U.S.-based leadership training and coordinate with The Carter School to deliver the mid-program workshop.
